Quiche
A creamy egg custard with our chef's specialty fillings baked in a flaky butter crust served with a side of mixed greens and cherry tomatoes. Substitute Mixed Greens for half Lilac Salad, half Salad du Jour, or Soup du Jour + 6. Please allow 10 extra minutes for quiche to be heated.
Quiche Lorraine: black forest ham, caramelized shallots, Jarlsberg Swiss cheese
Vegetable Quiche: mushrooms, spinach, red bell peppers, sautéed leeks, Jarlsberg Swiss cheese

White albacore tuna tossed with celery, green onions, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Served with Dijon mustard, lettuce, and tomato on freshly baked seven grain bread.
Grilled Cheese and Tomato Sandwich
Sharp cheddar cheese and sliced tomato melted between two buttered slices of freshly baked rustic white bread.
Ham and Swiss Sandwich
Black forest ham, Jarlsberg Swiss cheese, house made bread-and-butter pickles, lettuce, tomato, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise served on freshly baked Brioche bread.
Lilac Vegetarian Sandwich
House made garlic tahini hummus, sliced avocado, lettuce, tomato, alfalfa sprouts, and house made bread-and-butter pickles served on freshly baked seven grain bread.
Turkey Club Sandwich
Oven-roasted turkey, crisp applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise served on freshly baked Rosemary Olive bread.
Waldorf Chicken Salad Sandwich
